Looked round your site and noticed the scroll bars are in blue in the centre of the page which, I believe is a frame. It would look better if these were the same colour as the scroll bars at the side of the page. You could make the frame slightly wider so you don’t have to scroll sideways only up and down to read the information. Apart from that looks good, nice design. Keep up the good work you are doing.
 
 

I know things can get a bit tricky when using frames; I did try using frames on my site but you need more files for the different frames etc, without them I find it a lot easier.
 
May I ask what program do you use to design your site?  

I use the same program mine is a bit old hat now version 4, think it is up to version 8 now?

Obviously you are using version 8 will have to look into getting it to see how good it is. May I be so rude and ask where you got yours from and at what price?  
 
I have been on their site but find it is a bit expensive to buy.
